Entry level
- Bachelor’s Degree Diploma — in the original language and its official translation into English or Polish. Remember that we require a Bachelor’s Degree in a field similar to the field of Master’s degree studies you apply to at WUT. The Bachelor’s Degree Diploma should be final; however, we also accept provisional and temporary ones.
- Transcript of records — in the original language and its official translation into English or Polish.
- Passport personal information page — the page(s) with your data, photo, and signature.
- Proof of payment of the PLN 85 application fee;
- One photo — passport format photo.
Admission level (only when you get the Conditional Acceptance Letter)
- Legalisation of / Apostille on your Bachelor’s Degree Diploma/Provisional Bachelor’s Degree Diploma/Graduation Certificate.
- Eligibility Statement — proof that you are entitled to apply for Master’s degree studies in a country where you completed Bachelor’s degree studies.
- Proof of Proficiency in English — proof that English was the language of instruction during your previous education or one of the certificates of proficiency in English on B2 level or higher accepted by WUT.
- Tuition Fee Payment — proof of the tuition fee payment for the 1st semester of studies. Due to visa regulations, in some countries, the embassies may require payment for 2 semesters of studies in advance.
